UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I my company hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer support and being good citizens.
